Meet the Broker

My name is Luis Danilo Aleman. I was born in Miami to Cuban parents whose heritage has shaped every part of who I am and have taught me the values that continue to guide my life and career today. Integrity, perseverance, humility, and an unwavering commitment to hard work. These values influence the way I treat my clients, lead my team, and build relationships in the community that I proudly serve.

I began my real estate career in January 2007, when I earned my Real Estate Sales Associate License and joined Select Properties of America, Inc. in Coral Gables. From day one, I felt a genuine passion for guiding people through some of the most meaningful decisions of their lives. Those early years helped me develop a deep understanding of the South Florida market, and they reinforced the importance of honesty, communication, and exceptional service.

Driven by a desire to grow and better serve my clients, I obtained my Real Estate Broker License in 2014. That same year, I achieved a major milestone by opening my own brokerage, Capital Real Estate Solutions, Inc. I built my company on the principles which I believe in: professionalism, trust, and a personalized approach to every transaction. Since then, my team and I have dedicated ourselves to using our skills, tools, and experience to assist our clients from start to finish, ensuring every transaction moves smoothly toward a successful closing.

My Specialized REO Department

Over the years, I’ve also developed a specialized department within my company dedicated to managing REO (Real Estate Owned) properties — an area where efficiency and accuracy are crucial. My team and I understand that in the REO industry, time is always of the essence, and this is why we make it a priority to remain consistently available and responsive to our Asset Managers.

We handle every task with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency, making sure nothing is overlooked and all deadlines are met.
