I obtained my Real Estate Sales Associate License in January 2007, and immediately began working in the field associated with the Company Select Properties of America, Inc located in the City of Coral Gables.
Years later in 2014, I obtained my Broker Real Estate License, and proudly opened my Brokerage Company “Capital Real Estate Solutions, Inc”.
Since then me and my team have been dedicated to put our skills, tools and expertise to the service of our Clients, and to assist all transaction involved parties from A to Z in obtaining a successful Closing!
ABOUT OUR REO DEPARTMENT
We count with a specialized department to manage our REO properties. Our Team knows all the Ins and Outs of the REO industry. We know Time is of the essence, this why we understand the importance to be always available to our Asset Managers.
Our Team composed of Manager, Specialists, Vendors and Contractors take very seriously its responsibilities, and work closely together to satisfy the needs of each Client/Company.
As part of our daily duties we take care of complete and maintain up to date the tasks assigned by our Asset Managers in the managing software’s like Equator, Res.Net, Pyramid Platform, Cascade, Single Source, 54Collaborate, submit all work orders/utilities expenses for reimbursement, complete the Foreclosure / Vacant Property Registrations, open/manage property utilities accounts, manage the request of Estoppel Letters/Lien Searches, manage recurring property preservation services and property repairs with 3rd party vendors, and assist our Real Estate Broker in the marketing of the Assets and managing of the Offers received.
