My name is Luis Danilo Aleman and I’m the Broker/Owner of Capital Real Estate Solutions, Inc, a Real Estate Company based out of South Florida.
I was born and raised in the City of Miami to Cuban parents, which are the foundation upon which I have built my identity.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, my Cuban heritage and Miami upbringing has allowed me the possibility to bridge any language gaps, and to bring a blend of cultural understanding and local expertise to every transaction.
I began my career in the Real Estate in 2007 when I obtained my Real Estate Sales Associate License, and immediately began working in the field associated with Select Properties of America, Inc within the City of Coral Gables.
Capital Real Estate Solutions, Inc is founded in 2014, after obtaining my Broker Real Estate License, and since then it’s been an incredible journey of growth and success!
